Return Policy


At ORA SEAFOODS, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. As our products are perishable, please note the following:

  1. Returns on Perishable Goods
    Once products are delivered, returns are accepted based on Return Eligiblity.

  2. Return Eligibility
    A return/replacement will be accepted only if:
    The product is damaged during delivery.
    The wrong item was delivered.
    The product is defective or not fit for consumption.

  3. Reporting a Return
    Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
    Proof of damage/defect (photo or video) must be shared via email (benora787@gmail.com) or phone (+91 95002 64280).

  4. Replacement/Refund
    In case of replacement product will be delivered as per below timelines:
    Delivery Timelines
    Chennai & Nearby Areas: 1–2 working days.
    Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days.
    Other States in India: 4–7 working days
